Hello! I grew up in Newfoundland and after graduating university, moved to Ontario with my future hubby, and searched for that coveted career. After some part time jobs, I headed back to Newfoundland to complete my teaching degree and since then have been teaching science, math and outdoor education here in Ontario. I love the outdoors, I love teaching, and I am glad to have been able to combine both those things into my life. We have done lots of traveling around Canada and the Upper Eastern States, and I am looking forward to sharing my love for adventure with you. I have been blogging since 2010, but it has been very off and on. I am determined to share what I know, what I have learned, in hopes that I will inspire someone to get out there and explore. I know my son, who was born in 2008, has been having lots of fun with us and my wish is that he will also be able to share his experiences one day. Thank you for taking the time to read my blog.

Outdoor Adventure Show 2020

This year was my third time attending the Outdoor Adventure Show as a blogger, and although there are familiar booths to visit and people to catch up with, there is always something new to keep things interesting – not that familiar booths and people aren’t interesting! Below I will highlight some of the events I participated in, the booths that I visited, as well as speakers at the show. I hope you can enjoy the show through my eyes.
